The kitchen is equipped, besides common crockery and cutlery, by a gas cooker, electric and microwave ovens, dish washer, fridge and freezer. The living room has a sofa bed for single use. Upstairs the bedroom has a king sized bed, a window overlooking the square and two skylights. The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower and a courtesy set. The apartment is autonomous as regards of heating and air conditioning. Washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board are located in a room at the garden of the Castelletto

Guests can enjoy the large garden along with the pool, the fitness room and the barbecue. A wide car parking is available.

The kitchen is equipped with detergents, salt, olive oil, vinegar, sugar, coffee, tea, bottled water and milk.

A “welcome basket” contains some complimentary food products.

The apartment is supplied with bed linen, bath and pool towels
